This causes stress levels to rise and lowers our productivity.

When we read a book, all of our attentions is focused on the topics and rest of the world just falls away and you can immerse yourself in every fine details of observing it.

Try to always read 15-20 minutes before work ( on your morning commute, if you take public transit.) then you will realize and surprised that how much more focused we will become once we will go to office.

Improves the writing skills :-

As the vocabulary will increase and this will help in writing the good sentences and paragraphs in a better way. We will get the way of presenting our views to the others just as authors do.

Tranquility and Peace :-

When we read the subjects or topics that interest us and something new in the same domain it gives us immense peace ,pleasure and tranquility.
